The sales price will be the displayed amount (display price/tax included).

Timing and method of payment

·payment method
We accept credit card payments, PayPal, deferred payment, and Smartpay.

・Credit card payment, PayPal payment is confirmed at the time of ordering.

・Pay later
Please pay the total amount for one month through Paidy by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store or by bank transfer. Depending on the payment method, a fee may be charged for each monthly payment (billing). *Delivery to your desired address is only available within Japan.

・Smartpay
Smartpay is a deferred installment payment service with no fees or interest. If you are not registered with Smartpay, you will need to register. Payment will be automatically debited from your desired credit card or bank account. It will be set to automatic 3 installments within 2 months. *This service is only available if the desired shipping address is within Japan.

Special Terms and Conditions for Returns

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the color reproduction of the product. (The color of the published image may look different depending on the environment of your monitor or smartphone.)

In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will exchange it for a new one, so please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product. (If the product is out of stock, we will refund you. Shipping costs will be borne by our store.)

About pre-orders

Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 7 days of arrival.

Please note that the expected arrival date may be delayed by about one month.

We cannot accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns for any reason after an order for a pre-order item has been placed. As a general rule, we cannot accept returns even if the expected delivery date has changed significantly, so please consider carefully before placing your order.

Payment is required in full up front. A deposit of 30% of the price is also available at the store.

Due to the nature of the material and camera, the colors of the photos may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your monitor settings. Also, the product photos are exhibition samples, so there may be slight differences in the appearance and size of the items. Please note this in advance.
